We provide football players of all ages, their coaches, families and supporters, the opportunity to participate in high-profile events around the world. Through an extensive network of football contacts and business partners, Global Football has developed a broad spectrum of games, tournaments, tours, camps and bowls, each targeted to a specific age group and talent level.

Coach,

My name is Patrick Steenberge and I played Quarterback and lettered two seasons under coach Ara Parseghian at Notre Dame. It was at school that I learned the importance of team work and also of the power, influence and importance of international travel.

Global Football is an international sports travel organization providing the opportunity for young amateur athletes from different countries to compete against one another, while experiencing and learning first-hand about each other's cultures, customs and history.

At Global Football we believe in, and indeed see every year, the incredible effect of educational sports travel. At the beginning of each new football season hundreds of our travelers (players, staff, coaches, family, fans and friends included) return home better citizens, more confident, more enthusiastic in the classroom and on the playing field; more engaged in the world around them; better prepared for life and more likely to make a difference to each other as team mates.

A good night's sleep is important, so travelers can count on superior tourist-class hotels in good locations. We inspect every hotel personally to ensure it's comfortable, clean and safe. Each student shares a room with one or two other students. Adult travelers may pay a supplement for single or twin/double rooms.

We start the day right with a breakfast buffet: sausage, bacon, eggs, pastries, juices, coffee, cereal, yogurt, fruit, cheese, breakfast meats.

Transportation

Although we typically travel by private deluxe motor coach, travelers may also find themselves climbing the Alps by cable car, crossing France in a high-speed TGV train, crossing the Baltic Sea by overnight ferry from Stockholm to Helsinki or even traversing the Greek isles aboard a luxury cruise ship.


Guided Tours

Our tours include a guided sightseeing tour of every major city along the way. Typically conducted by motor coach and led by an expert local guide, these comprehensive overviews give travelers the history and local insight into each city. A professional guide may lead visits to important monuments and museums.


Tour Director

Tour Directors handle all the logistics of your tour—from hotel check-in to sightseeing and everything in between. Our well-trained professionals are also experienced travelers who are excited to share their knowledge and to provide important historical and cultural information about the sights and destinations you will visit.


Passports & Visas

• Valid passports are required for all travelers

• Passports may take up to fourteen weeks to process

• Some destinations may require travel visas

• Non-U.S. citizens may require special visas or other travel documents

• All travelers are responsible for securing necessary documentation

Payment Timeline

Initial Registration & $100 Deposit – June 1st, 2013 / at time of booking

First Instalment ($500) – September 1st, 2013

Price Guarantee Deadline* – September 1st, 2013

Freshmen Registration ($1000) – December 1st, 2013

Final Payment Balance – March 1st, 2014

Departure Date – After 2014 Commencement

*participants registering after this date may be subject to an increased tour cost


Cancellation Policy

Package Cancellation Policy

A $100 per travel package cancellation fee applies to cancellations made between time of booking and September 1, 2013.

A $250 per travel package cancellation fee applies to travel package cancellations made between September 2, 2013, and January 1, 2014.

A $500 fee applies to cancellations made between January 2, 2014, and March 1, 2014.

All cancellations made after March 1, 2014, are non-refundable.

All cancellations must be made in writing to Anthony Travel.
