WHEN WILL THIS NEW PROGRAM REPLACE GET 2? In the USA and Canada, the following date will apply: March 15, 2017

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THE PREFERRED CUSTOMER BUTTON ON THE FRONT OF THE WEBSITE?Distributors will no longer be able to choose the Preferred Customer* button on the front of their website. The only way for a Distributor to register a new Customer as of March 15 will be through the retail site. Distributors will opt for the full retail or the Jeunesse Preferred price.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO EXISTING GET 2 CUSTOMERS? All Get 2 Customers will be grandfathered in until September 1, 2017. As long as the Distributor has two active Get 2 Customers, the Distributor will continue to receive the program benefits.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS ONLY ONE GET 2 CUSTOMER?If a Distributor loses one of their two Get 2 Customers, they will no longer be able to receive the Get 2 benefits. However, the existing Get 2 Customer may continue to purchase at the Get 2 price and purchase other products for up to 20% off until September 1, 2017.

This would be a good time to introduce the Customer to Jeunesse Preferred and have them register in the new program.

CONSUMERS FROM WHICH COUNTRIES CAN JOIN THIS PROGRAM?(Program will be live on March 9 only for the USA and Canada. Bermuda and Puerto Rico will be added in the following weeks.)

The Latin America Jeunesse Preferred program goes live in mid-April 2017.

The Europe Jeunesse Preferred program goes live in early May 2017.

Customers from other countries will not have the option available on their retail site until it is programmed for their region.

HOW DOES A GET 2 CUSTOMER JOIN THE NEW PC PROGRAM? Get 2 Customers will be able to select a button in their Joffice™ which will allow them to join Jeunesse Preferred. More details coming soon!

Please Note: Any Distributor who currently receives the

benefits of the Get 2 program will only be allowed to

continue until September 1, 2017. After that, the Get 2

pricing and benefits will no longer be available.
