DeveLOpeD wORKFORCeAt BLG LOGISTICS InC., developing a well-trained workforce is priority number one. That’s why for every new customer and project, we implement on-site training centers based on our global expertise and work in concert with local and regional training institutions.

During an intensive orientation, new employees are cross-trained in all processes. They become fully engaged with management and other departments, and receive practical, hands-on training for potential lateral and upward moves. BLG’s high School vocational program is based on the German model of simultaneously learning supply chain management theory in a classroom while implementing knowledge in a hands-on operation. This not only develops a future career but also an entire community.

Our commitment to training extends beyond new hires. After all, the world of logistics is constantly changing and evolving. That’s why all of our employees are periodically retrained in different processes and on any new equipment. we also make sure that they are brought up-to-date on new process changes and newly implemented technology.
