PRODUCT NOTE

GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIESFUND

INVESTMENT OBJECTIVE:

Principal objective of NJ Global Opportunities Fund Shareclass A1 (NJGOF) is to generate long term capital growth by investing in mutual funds registered in India and generate superior risk adjusted returns over all market cycles as compared to its benchmark indices

INDIAN MARKET OUTLOOK:

1. India to enter a sustainable period of high growth and low ination. Real GDP growth to pickup materially in FY16 more than 7% YOY led by a recovery in investment cycle and steady rollout of reforms by the government

2. Ination outlook is benign owing to decelerating rural wages, existance of signicance slack in the economy and global lower commodity prices. India imports nearly 70% of the oil requirement. An over 40% fall in oil prices is good news for ination.

3. Lower ination to provide room for policy easing, RBI likely to reduce rates in FY16

4. Government is committed to reduce scal decit to 3.9% in FY 16, 3.5% in FY17 and 3% by FY 18.

5. Current account defecit to remain at comfortable levels in FY16 as faster import growth in non oil & gold items is oset by lower crude prices.

6. Goods and Service Tax is likely to be passed which is likely to give boost India's growth

7. India's Indirect tax mop-up rose 35.9 per cent in the rst seven months of 2015-16

8. Reforms in power distribution, Public sector banking and faster project approvals should help India Inc. going forward
