Printed Tapes Printed tapes are produced by the so-called "sandwich" printing technology. This means that the press is on the inside of the foil protected from external influences thus remains constant printing quality and has the same shelf life as the tape itself. This method achieves the press is the highest possible quality due to a single set of production technology and price. The colors used this method press are water-based and as such have certificates on health safety, we can print in 6 colors or full coverage. Products – Printed & Non-printed Natron (kraft) and Polypropylene Sacks Kraft sacks can be produced in two versions: open and with valve. The papers used in the production are from European reputable producers with highest quality. Mainly we use SEMICLUPACK and KRAFT paper. The paper what we used mainly are standard 70 gr/m2, although at the request of customers we can offer 60, 80, 90 and 100 gram/m2. The paper is white or brown. We can produce two layers of paper plus a layer of PE foil or three layers of paper which one of the layer is laminated (3 + 1). PE films can be in range from 6 microns to 23 microns, depending on customer requirements. Dimensions of sacks are moving in the range of 19 cm x 28 cm to 57 cm x 115 cm. Dimensions of valve sacks are in range from 35 cm x 50 cm to 60 cm x 100 cm. The valves one the sacks are in standard dimensions from 11 cm to 16 cm, depending on the quantity and requirement it can be done outside the standard dimensions. The adhesive is based on natural starch.

We can print in 10 colors (flexo printing), the colors used are water-based, speed is 200m / min. The perforation of the layers can be done in all 4 sections depending on the requirements of customers: micro to the outer layer, each layer separately and perforations below the valve. Polypropylene sacks We can produce Polypropylene sacks printed and non-printed in standard dimensions: 40 cm x 63 cm, 40 cm x 80 cm, 40 cm x 90 cm, 50 cm x 80 cm, 50 cm x 90 cm, 55 cm x 80 cm, 55 cm x 90 cm, 55 cm x 110 cm, 55 cm x 115 cm, 55 cm x 120 cm. Machine capacity is 4.000.000 pieces per month.

Termal Transfer Labels Lasting record. Ideal for packing, warehousing, shipping, receiving applications for inventory management. Materials that can be selected are: Vellum / matte - matte paper labels looks. Ideal for labeling packaging and pallet boxes, identification products. Typical thermal tape: Wax ribbon.

Direkt Thermal Labels Extremely white to allow high contrast print, or the maximum print quality and reliable scanning. Suitable for the use of products that have a relatively short shelf life or a short transport to the end-consumer. Materials that can be selected are: Thermo eco-labels for short-term use. They have a limited resistance and avoid contact with moisture and oils. Thermo top-coated direct thermal labels. They have protective surface with one side, thus ensuring the sustainability of the record, even in conditions of prolonged exposure to sunlight and contact with different viscosity fluids. Application:

• Scales for measuring meat and meat products, fruits and vegetables in supermarkets, • Declaration on unit packages • Marking of transport packages

Color Labels UV flexographic printing press is the best choice of printing on all packed or transported, primary or secondary packaging. To our customers we can offer high-quality labels that are printed with UV flexographic technique. The flexographic printing technology used in our production facilities is eco-friendly and does not cause any environmental damage.

What is flexographic printing? Flexographic printing is in the top category on the printing fields. This is a direct printing technique with the front with raised printing elements imprint directly transferred to the printing material. Printing is done from roll to roll. It is usually used where have mass production (labels on food products, labels in the chemical industry, labels and declarations in the pharmaceutical industry...). We are able to print labels up to 6 colours.
