Only 3G enabled handsets work in Italy, Japan and South Korea. Clay provides normal SIM cards by default. Smartphone/Tablet users must contact their account manager/Clay representatives in advance to organize a Micro/Nano SIM card for their device. II. Direct Calls/Call Back Facility: “Call Through” Option is available for 27 countries wherein travellers can make direct calls. Apart from 27 countries, rest of the countries have “Call Back” facility. For example: To make calls to India, dial 0091+9911XXXXXX# 2. You will see a message saying ‘Please Wait’ or ‘Call Not Allowed’. This is only a procedure. 3. You will then receive an inbound call on your number within seconds. 4. Answer the call. Wait for a few seconds and you will be connected to the person you called. III. Network/Profile Selection: The network mode should be selected as “Auto”.
