Earth Day 1995 - 2011: ISRAEL HAS JOINED THE GLOBE PROGRAM SINCE MARCH 25.3.1995. Neve Shalom Elementary School has started the GLOBE Program since 2001.

Field Campaigns, Web chats and Forums, Student-Scientist Events .

GLOBE strives to expand international student inquiry-based research using GLOBE data and other scientific data sets, facilitating student-scientist collaborative projects .

• 140 U.S. Partners representing 42 states plus Washington D.C. and 2 U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico / Virgin Islands)

GLOBE: An International Program

• GLOBE is a Network of Countries collaborating together to achieve the agreed upon vision, mission and goals of the Program.

• Although some aspects of the Program are funded by NASA and NSF, and facilitated by the U.S. Department of State, each country funds their own implementation.

• Scientifically and financially, the shared responsibility of the GLOBE Program around the world ensures its sustainability.
