Account Contract Management

Clients first point of contact Assist with day to day issues and ensure all services are conducted according to

schedule Organise all ad hoc works that arise and ensure job is completed efficiently and in a

cost effective manner Liaises with Department Supervisor and Area Manager Coordinates Reporting/ Meetings, etc with client on a regular basis Ensures Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators are met to

standard.

Conducts random and regular site checks Completes site inspection reports, advises Site Supervisor and Facility Manager of

findings and any relevant amendments which may arise Conducts relevant changes required with personnel and sub contractors where

Account Contract Management

All personnel are police checked before assigned to any site Are trained in all aspects of OH & S and Risk Management and have been fully

briefed on the Service Level required. GW and Site Specific Inductions are carried out.

Subcontractors are formally selected from a preferred list using a prequalificationcriteria

All work requirements will be communicated to subcontractors All subcontractors are monitored in accordance with a schedule All subcontractors are audited on safety management systems, procedures and

practices and Service Level Agreements

Ad hoc Maintenance

Completed work order, quote requests, Job Safety Analysis, Induction, Consent to WorkForm Reports are kept on both hard and electronic copy and are available to the client onrequest.

All emergency requests are actioned within 2-4 hours unless agreed otherwise

24 hour service applicable.

Information communicated to Facility Manager and Department Supervisor

who complete relevant documentation to communicate to Personnel/Sub

Contractors

Assigned Personnel/Contractor contacted to conduct works and advised

FM Manager of process.

Facility Manager in constant contact with the client advising status and

outcome

On completion, Supervisor/Area Manager /Facility Manager conducts

inspection to ensure job completed and liaises with the client on satisfaction

Client contacts Globe Williams via phone/email/fax completed a generic

Work Order/Quote Request Doc.

All relevant paperwork given to Administration team to invoice/quote

respectively.

Integrated Management System

Globe Williams uses integrated management system to assist with themanagement and maintenance of contracts.

This system is an online web-based intranet which includes our entireIntegrated Management System (quality, occupational health and safety,and environment). It provides instant access to documents, reports andongoing actions for both Globe Williams staff and client stakeholders.

This allows for immediate reporting as well as providing a mechanism formeasuring and reviewing outcomes over time. Additionally progress ofrequested Work Orders/Quote request can be viewed in ‘real time’.

OH & S and Risk Management

Globe Williams is committed to the establishment and maintenance of aneffective OH & S program which is Quality based and adopts a riskmanagement approach to ensuring full compliance with OH & S Legislation.This approach includes the reporting of all hazards and hazardous situationsthat may put the employee or public at risk

It is compulsory that all personnel and sub contractors adhere to the systemsand must complete, Inductions, Job Safety Analysis reports before going onsite

All reports are available to the client via the online integrated managementsystem.
