Dear Shiv,

Greetings from Plantronics!

This bears reference to your complaint number 04091649 dated 1st Sept'14 for 1 unit of 

Voyager legend.

Please visit any of the service stations located in your city as per attached list of service stations.

In the attached sheet, A & B grade service stations are priority centres. For service centres with C

& D grade, the replacement will take a few days.

You can also courier your unit along with the bill copy and complaint number to the service

centre.

Kindly note, the service stations are open only from Monday – Friday (11:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION:

 

You need to take a print out of this email and the invoice for your headset purchased before

visiting the service station.

 

NOTE:  Replacement will not be considered without the invoice copy and service order number.

Please note replacement will be done only if unit is faulty and in warranty. There will be no

replacement against units that have physical damage or water damage.
