Defining an issue

The following is given problem:

“Medium-sized software company has decided to introduce

a specific dress code policy rules that all employers must agree with

while they are at work in that company. Is this decision of the company correct?”

• The company made poor decision because of the next three reasons:– Employees can be displeased with the work– Cost of the uniforms– Employees may refuse wearing uniform

• Introducing a specific dress code policy rules can have some benefits for the company, but possible consequences can be bigger.
