Information
ATEX-Sight glasses GN 546.6 are suitable for use in an explosion risk environment. They comply with the guidelines 94/9/EG. Detailed documentation is available and forms part of an order for this product. By virtue of the high strength of the material (considerably stronger than, for instance, Plexiglass) the oil level glasses can be produced in much thinner walled material which has also led to clearer sight. The ratio between bore Ø and the viewing window is much improved. Installation information: In the case of wall thicknesses of less than 4 mm a mounting screw GN 543.1 should be used.

Information
ATEX-Sight glasses GN 543.6 are suitable for use in an explosion risk environment. They comply with the guidelines 94/9/EG. Detailed documentation is available and forms part of an order for this product. The window consists of a cluster of prisms which is embedded when spraying the main body and it is therefore absolutely leaktight. The sealing ring is embedded in a radial undercut and it cannot be extruded during the tightening operation. Installation information: In the case of wall thicknesses of less than 4 mm a mounting screw GN 543.1 should be used.

Oil level indicators GN 650 are known for their small dimensions and good design. Remarkable is the fact that the liquid level can be viewed from all angles.
The Polyamide body consists of two parts which are joined by an ultrasonic welding process. The oil level indicators are individually tested at 3 bar.
All oil level indicators GN650 can also be used on pressurised oil tanks. Test results from a series of presssure tests are available.
As a reflector, a white lacquered aluminium strip is used which shows marking lines or temperatu-re scale. The scale is placed behind and outside the liquid column as a protective measure.
The shape of the oil level indicators offers a ma-gnifying effect which makes the scale easily le-gible.
Oil level indicators made from alcohol re-sistant material available on request.

A special feature of oil level indicators GN 650.4 is their reduced dimension. The liquid level is visible even from side positions.
The Polyamide body consists of two parts which are ultrasonically welded together. The oil level indicators are individually air pressure tested for leaks at 3 bar.
All oil level indicators GN 650.4 can also be used on tanks which are pressurised. Pressure test results regarding resistance under pressure are available.
As a reflector, a white lacquered aluminium strip is used which shows marking lines or temperature scale. The scale is placed behind and out-side the liquid column as a protective measure.
The protection frame is designed to increase the resistance of the indicator by absorbing all shocks. The protection frame is mounted to the indicator.

Specification
BodyPlasticcrystal-clear Polyamide (PA-T)- ageing resistant- high mechanical strength- temperature restistant up to 90 °C- resistant to solventsbut not resistant to alcohol,- avoid contact with hot water Aluminium contrast screen
Information
Oil level indicators GN 650.6 are used not only for inspecting the fluid level but also for triggering an electric pulse once a certain temperature is reached. In its standard design the temperature sensor is set such that a contact closes or opens when a temperature of 80 °C is reached (REED switch). The polyamide body consists of two parts, welded to each other with ultrasound for absolute tightness.

15 Nm). Empfohlene Rauhigkeit der Dicht-fl äche Ra = 3 μm.
