About usGas Natural Fenosa Ingeniería y Desarrollo de Generación (GNFidg) is a subsidiary of Global Power Generation (GPG), which provides generation engineering services to the owners of generation plants.
Operación y Mantenimiento Energy, S.A. (O&M Energy) is a subsidiary of GPG, which provides maintenance and operation services to owners of generation assets.
Building on the experience and knowledge provided by Gas Natural Fenosa, a company with more than 170 years’ experience in the world of energy, we make investment-grade engineering and world-class performance available to our clients.
GPG’s assets currently extend to 10 countries. We are the owners of a generation capacity of over 3,100 MW, we manage close to 4,000 MW and, at the time of writing we are adding 483 MW in projects awarded.

A multinational group that is a leader in the energy sector. GNFidg and O&M are 100% GPG, while GPG is 75% owned by GNF and 25% by KIA.
GPG is the Gas Natural Fenosa Group company that is dedicated to international electricity generation. Currently it is the owner and operator of more than 3,100 MW at global level and has more than 500 MW in development. GPG benefits from the participation of KIA (Kuwait Investment Authority).
Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA) is the oldest sovereign wealth fund in the world (created in 1953) and has its origin in the Kuwait Investment Board. It centres, among other businesses, on the long-term creation of a sustainable infrastructure platform and participates in various projects as an investment partner.

This commitment is framed by the corporate social responsibility policy approved by the group’s Board of Directors in 2008 and updated in December 2015.
