NV 89449, (775) 588-1728.3. Prizes: All prizes are awarded “as is” and have no monetary value. Odds depend on number of eligible

entries received.4. Drawing: Final grand prize drawing will occur on January 9, 2017 and results will appear on

www.facebook.com/tahoechamber and e-blast from info@tahoechamber.org. 5. Prizes can be claimed for up to 60 days after notification is sent.6. Entry: submit completed passports with 8, 10, or 12 stickers on them to the Tahoe Chamber by mailing

them in to: PO Box 17181, South Lake Tahoe, Ca. 96151 or by dropping them off at: 169 Hwy 50, Stateline, NV. 89449. Passports are available at all participating businesses or at the Tahoe Chamber offices. Completed passports must be received by the Tahoe Chamber no later than January 6, 2017 to be eligible to win.

7. Passport eligibility: participating businesses or restaurants listed on TahoeChamber.org8. The Tahoe Chamber shall have no liability and shall be held blameless for any injury, misfortune, or

damage to either persons or property incurred by entering, participating in, winning or losing any contest by use or non-use of any prizes received.

9. Use of likeness: All entrants and winners agree that the producer may publish or use their name, city of residence, photo, video tape, film or any other likeness, including their voice recorded or live, for any reason deemed necessary without compensation.
