Goal of the Comeback Church Process
The goal of this event and process: To provide good
information to church leaders, and to help them with
application of the principles, so that we see transformation in our churches resulting in church
health and growth.
Listening
Phone Call/Personal Visit with Pastor by Church Development Strategist. The Regional Church Development Strategist will explain the Comeback Church Process to the pastor.
Assessing/Evaluating
Comeback Church Survey Administered with Pastor and Key Leaders. The survey will indicate perceived strengths and weaknesses in the following key areas: Worship, Evangelism, Discipleship, Fellowship, Ministry and Prayer.
Networking/Coaching
Five Months of Networking on Major Comeback Factors April-August.For five consecutive months in four regions of the state, network meetings will be offered to “dig deeper” and discuss application strategies for major comeback factors.
