WHO WE ARE: The Antioch Partners (TAP), a strategic alliance of Presbyterian Frontier Fellowship and The Outreach Foundation, is a missionary sending agency which partners with local Presbyterian churches in the U.S. to send out followers of Jesus to participate in God’s mission in the world. Those serving through TAP have been called by God to long-term, cross-cultural ministry and they are engaged in many aspects of Kingdom work, including: evangelism, social justice, discipleship, supporting church-planting movements, leadership development and business as mission. Two priorities for TAP are working among unreached and least-reached people groups, and helping strengthen the mission capacity of global partners. Missionaries serving through TAP develop their own support teams with assistance from TAP staff.

OUR VISION: Presbyterians effectively equipped, sent out and supported as they participate in God’s mission in the world, and every Presbyterian congregation extensively, strategically, and radically involved in this process.

OUR COMMITMENT: To expand opportunities for Presbyterians in long-term, cross-cultural ministry.

OUR CORE VALUES: These nine core values guide and shape our participation in God’s mission:

evangelism: We are passionate about sharing the good news of Jesus.

unreached peoples: We are committed to reaching out to the un-reached and least-reached people groups of the world.

God already at work: God calls us to join him in his mission in the world. When considering the possibility of serving in a given context, our approach is to discern what God is doing, who he is working through, and how he might be calling us to participate in his work.

prayer: Prayer is fundamental in everything we do.

Kingdom of God: We understand our involvement in the world in the context of God’s Kingdom. This means we are committed to the wholeness of the Gospel: evangelism (words), social action (works), and demonstrations of the Spirit’s power (wonders).

church: We believe the church is the primary agent of God’s mission in the world.

partnership: We are committed to working in partnership with the global body of Christ. We believe God can do more through us working together than he can when we work independently. Our vision in this regard is healthy interdependence across the spectrum of our partnership relationships.

stewardship: God calls us to be wise stewards of all creation. Furthermore, as stewards, we are accountable to God for our use of his resources, and therefore we take accountability seriously in all aspects of our service.

servant leadership: We believe leaders are called to serve and empower, and we approach decision-making in a participatory, consensus-based manner.
