Welcome to the 2016 NAAAP National Convention, ERG Summit, and Recruitment Expo at the Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Caesars Palace celebrates its 50th anniversary this year while NAAAP celebrates its 30th Convention since our organization’s founding in 1982.

With deliberate and thoughtful planning, NAAAP has invited seasoned and emerging leaders from a variety of industries to present in our ERG Summit, Convention, and Recruitment Expo. Our theme, Going All in: Lead with Courage underscores the pioneer spirit of the founders of Las Vegas and the organizations and units we represent. Please be sure to speak up,, connect with our speakers, ERG leaders, sponsors, and participants, and reflect on your experi-ence through social media during and after thie Convention.

We wish to express gratitude for our sponsors and partners who provide NAAAP with funding, guidance, and examples of courageous leadership. We will be honoring Macy’s, Coca Cola, Bank of America, UPS, and The Central Intelligence Agency with Milestone Awards for their generous and continued support of NAAAP. It is an enormous honor to be a partner to the historic Presidential Town Hall organzied by APIAVote and AAJA.
