GOING TO GARRETT: Registration & Orientation
Going to Garrett!Welcome to Garrett-Evangelical! We're excited about your upcoming journey as a Garrett student andlook forward to your arrival on campus. To get you started, we'll be sending weekly "Going to Garrett"emails up to the week of orientation. Be sure to read through these as they each contain importantinformation.
Registration InformationRegistration for Fall 2014 classes opens June 1st. Please refer to the “Welcome to Garrett Evangelical”email that Andrea Leftwich or Tina Shelton in the Registrar’s Office sent you for a step-by-stepexplanation of how to register online. It is important you register as soon as possible to ensure spaceavailability. You can make changes in your registration, if necessary, when you meet with your advisorduring Orientation.

Summer Reading for OrientationEach year, the entering class reads a book or a collection of articles in preparation for orientation. Thisyear, we are asking you to read Whistling Vivaldi by Claude M. Steele. The faculty is also reading thisbook and we will discuss it and have opportunities to write about it during Orientation. NorthwesternUniversity students, faculty and staff are also reading this book and there will be opportunities throughoutthe year to engage it in a variety of venues.
