Situated in the very heart of the Hunter Valley Wine Country, The Vintage is Australia’s finest luxury golf, spa and conference resort. Boasting a Greg Norman-designed 18 hole golf course, The Vintage is also home to an award wining restaurant, luxury hotel, destination spa & some of the most spectacular views you will experience in the Hunter Valley.

Ranked among the best golf courses in Australia, the course measures 6,242 metres with a par of 71 and is often regarded as a game of two nines. The opening holes are tight and twisty, demanding careful route plotting with an iron often the best weapon of choice from the tee. While the back nine has more of a resort-style feel to it, with plenty of space - and plenty of Norman’s trademark bunkering on the closing holes.

The Vintage boasts one of the best driving ranges in NSW, complimented by a practice chipping area, putting green and the services of renowned golf professional Richard Mercer. The Vintage is also the focal point of the community. With superb locker facilities, fully stocked Pro Shop, Vintage Café and Legends Grill restaurant, the award-winning Clubhouse provides a haven for residents, golfers and guests alike to relax over a glass of wine overlooking the stunning panorama of the golf course. Golf Memberships

Junior Standard Membership Benefits and Privileges are applicable. Provides 7-day playing rights for one (1) golf member between 5 and 23 years of age. Once he or she reaches the age of 24 this membership no longer applies therefore transfer to another golf membership will be required.

Country & Overseas Residence must be 50km from the Club. Standard Membership Benefits and Privileges are applicable. Provides 7-day (limited number of rounds) playing rights for one (1) golf member. Includes 20 transferable rounds per financial year, with a maximum of three (3) transferable rounds used on anyone day.

Midweek Individual Standard Membership Benefits and Privileges are applicable. Provides Monday to Friday playing rights for one (1) golf member.

Golf Individual Standard Membership Benefits and Privileges are applicable. Provides 7-day playing rights for one (1) golf member.

Couples Provides 7-day playing rights for both golf members *Couples comprises of two Adults residing at the same address and either a) be married to each other; or b) in the opinion of the Manager, be living as a couple on a genuine domestic basis (irrespective of gender).

Upgrading Your Membership & Payment Plans You may upgrade your membership at any time by payment of associated annual fees. A membership payment plan is available to all membership categories through “Pay as You Golf” www.payasyougolf.com.au. Contact our Membership Manager by calling 02 4998 2610.

Cancellation of Membership Memberships may be cancelled at any time by giving The Vintage written notice. The Member will not be entitled to a refund of any annual fees. The Member is liable for all outstanding debts prior to the Membership cancellation.

Juniors Driving Golf Carts Junior Members may not drive golf carts on The Vintage site unless the Junior is at least 18 years of age or holds a current drivers license.

The Vintage



1. Approval of Membership I/We hereby apply for Membership at The Vintage and I/we understand that this is subject to approval by The Vintage and that the Board can refuse an application without having to give a reason.

2. Right to use Clubhouse Facilities I/We understand that The Vintage Membership is annually renewable non-equity Membership, which permits the Member to nominate a Primary Golf Nominee (or Nominees) to use the Clubhouse facilities. Membership is not an investment in The Vintage and does not provide equity or ownership interest in The Vintage. Furthermore, Membership does not confer upon a Member a vested or prescriptive right or easement to use the Clubhouse facilities, but grants to the Member a right to use the Clubhouse facilities. The right to use the Clubhouse facilities by the Member, is subject to payment of the annual Membership fee set by The Vintage.

3. Receipt of Membership Plan The undersigned hereby acknowledges receipt of The Vintage Charter and bylaws and agrees to be bound by these Conditions as amended, from time to time, at the sole discretion of The Vintage. Membership privileges may be terminated for failure to abide by Membership Conditions.
