Validity:TheGolfAlpinCardisvalidatallGolfAlpinpartnerclubsspecifiedinthisfolder(availableatall Golf Alpin Card selling points – such as the participating golf clubs). 9-hole rounds may not be played withtheGolfAlpinCard,atgolfclubswith18holes(ormore).TheGolfAlpinCardisvalidfromthetimeof purchase until the end of the following golf season during standard business hours of the golf clubs specifiedabove.ThepurchaserhastherighttoreturntheGolfAlpinCardintheinstancetheplayhasnotbeen(fully)redeemedduringtheaforestatedperiodagainst(partial)reimbursementofthepurchaseprice.The amount refunded shall correspond to the purchase price, duly deducting any services already used. Thelatterarecalculatedinaccordancewiththespecificindividualrateprevailingontherespectivedateofredemption. Insofar as return shall be effected for reasons not attributable to the vendor, a processing fee amounting of 10 % of the amount to be refunded shall be levied.3. Points of Sale: Points of sale are all Golf Alpin partner courses as well as authorised hotels and businesses.4. Loss, Substitution: The Golf Alpin point of sale is not liable for the loss or theft of the Golf Alpin Card and is not obliged to replace a card or refund the purchase price. 5. General Golf course rules: General golf rules and the course rules defined by the respective golf courses(madepublicbywayofon-sitenotices)arebindinguponeachuser.6. Current value: The current value of the card can be ascertained at any Golf Alpin Card point of sale or onlineatwww.golf-alpin.atunderthelink“GolfAlpinCard”,“MyGolfAlpinCard”(todothis,youwillneedthe user ID and the pin code received upon purchase of the Golf Alpin Card).7. Misuse: Any misuse of the Golf Alpin Card, in particular use by unauthorised persons, shall result in withdrawal without replacement and cancellation of the card‘s validity.8. Pledge: When purchasing the Golf Alpin Card, a one-off deposit amounting to 5,- euros is to be paid. This will be refunded to the card holder by the golf course or point of sale the card was bought from, immediately upon request and return of the Golf Alpin Card. In the event that the card should be damaged in consequence of improper usage, the point of sale reserves the right to withhold such refund.9. Technical deffect of the card: In the event that the card should evince a technical defect, the card holder is required to approach the Golf Alpin Card point of sale from which the card was purchased to redress this. Liability shall subsist only in the instance that the card was damaged at source and in instances of technical defects of the chip or the technical scanner, on the proviso of appropriate handling and storage.10.
