The Advertising Agreement made on this date constitutes the entire agreement between Tee to Green Media, LLC, (d.b.a Golf USA Magazine) and the above Golf Course/Business/Advertiser. Unless put in writing and agreed upon by both parties, this is the entire agreement. The above Golf Course/Business/Advertiser that is purchasing advertising space agrees to the terms and conditions as stated herein. At agreement signing, the cost of the entire ad is to be paid in full. By keeping our advertising prices low, it is more affordable to everyone involved. Once the advertising space ( ______) full pages is sold, we will create the magazine for the course, club, or resort in 5-7 days, and have it live online. All printed versions of our magazines take approximately 7-14, and they will be shipped to the Independent Golf USA Magazine Representative directly from our printing plant in Richmond, VA. He or she will then distribute all magazines to you directly from his or hers personal inventory.
