步骤1 : 将手表接上电源线, 并连接至计算机USB埠。步骤2 : 在Golf碟右键单击→格式化→开始→确定→确定。 (若表中,有旧图资,需先将手表格式化 ; 若无,则可跳至步骤3)

步骤3 : 更新图资→将新版图资[course.rar]解压缩。 更新轫体→将新版软件[update.rar]解压缩。步骤4 : 将步骤3解压缩后的文件夹(文件夹不可更名),拉入 Golf碟。(图资更新约要10分钟 ; 更新途中, 请勿移动装置)

步骤5 : 移除充夹,手表将自动重新启动,并进行更新(如图1)。 更新约会耗时3-5分钟。步骤6 : 进入 About Watch, 检视是否更新成功。

训练计划设定完成后

1. 按④进入目录选单,选择[跑步/自行车/游泳]模式,再按④进入。

[传感器] : 可进行心率传感器或踏频器配对(仅限蓝芽功能机种)。

暂停,智能计圈,智能卷动的设定。
