ORDER

Governmentare pleased to order thatOnam Advance @ Rs. 1200/- willbe paid to the follow ing categories of employees subject to the conditionsstipulatedinNotes 1 to3underArticle250(1) ofKeralaFinancialCodeVolume-1.

(i) Part-timeContingent Employees(ii) PermanentWorkers in Agricultural farms, NMRworkers and Seasonal

WorkersofallDepartments.(iii) PermanentLabourers in Government Departments(iv) Workers ofRegionalWorkshopunder the PWDand the Dredger &Dry-

dockworkers atAlappuzha(v) Fam ilyPlanningVoluntaryWorkers(vi) AnganavadiWorkers& Helpers(vii) Non-PermanentWorkers in the Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and

Dairy Development and Spraying Workers under the scheme forsprayingcoconutpalms to controlleafrotdiseases &CLRworkers ofallDepartments

(viii) GrassCuttersintheMountedPoliceWingThe advance will be given either on the joint responsibility of the

permanentand non-permanentworkers or on thejointresponsibility of anothernon-permanent worker ofthe same farm, provided further that it is dulyguaranteed by the concerned labourunion and provided that all previousadvances oftheconcernedlabourer hadbeen recoveredin full.

The advance will be given only to those workers who will continue to beemployed bytherespective Farm/Local Body duringthe periodofrecovery ofadvance. The recovery ofadvance given in respectofCoconutSprayingworkerswill be effected by the Local Bodies concerned and will be watched by theAgriculture Department .

Similar categories of employees of the Local Bodies namely MunicipalCorporations,Municipalities,Guruvayur Townshipand Panchayatwillbegrantedthe advance at the option of the Local Bodies if the financial position of theLocalBodies concernedwillpermit.
