Truth #1: All People Have an Innate

Knowledge of God

But God shows His anger from heaven against all sinful, wicked people who suppress the truth

by their wickedness. They know the truth about God because He

has made it obvious to them. For ever since the world was

created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through

everything God made, they can clearly see His invisible qualities—His eternal power and divine

nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God. (Romans

1:18-20)

Truth #2: All People Reject God

Yes, they knew God, but they wouldn’t worship Him as God or even give Him thanks. And they began to think up foolish ideas

of what God was like. As a result, their minds became dark and confused. Claiming to be

wise, they instead became utter fools. (Romans 1:21-22)

Truth #3: All People are Guilty Before God

No one is righteous—not even one. No one is truly wise; no one is seeking God. All have turned away; all have become

useless. No one does good, not a single one. (Romans 3:10-12)

Truth #4: All People are Condemned

For no one can ever be made right with God by doing what the law commands. The law simply

shows us how sinful we are. (Romans 3:20)

Truth #5: God Has Made a Way of

Salvation

But now God has shown us a way to be made right with Him

without keeping the requirements of the law… We

are made right with God by placing our faith in Jesus Christ.

And this is true for everyone who believes, no matter who we

are. (Romans 3:21-22)

The Implications

Who has yet to hear?

Good People Go to Hell

The Implications

For ‘Everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved.’ But how can they call on Him to save them unless they believe in Him? And how can they believe in Him if they have never heard about Him? And how can they

hear about Him unless someone tells them? And how will anyone

go and tell them without being sent? (Romans 10:13-15)

Who has yet to hear?

We must tell.

Good People Go to Hell

The Implications

My heart is filled with bitter sorrow and unending grief for

my people, my Jewish brothers and sisters. I would be willing to be forever cursed—cut off from

Christ!—if that would save them. (Romans 9:2-3)

Who has yet to hear?

We must tell.

No sacrifice is too great.

The Implications

And then He told them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the

Good News to everyone.’ (Mark 16:15)

Who has yet to hear?

We must tell.

No excuses are good.

No sacrifice is too great.
