WHAT IS A GOOD PRACTICE?
An initiative (e.g. methodology, project, process or technique) carried out under one of the programme’s topics:
4
WHY YOU SHOULD SUBMIT YOUR GP?
Great communication opportunity
You will be able to display the GPs identified
within your project on your website.
It will showcase and give visibility to the content
of your cooperation
You can be a source of inspiration and learning for policymakers all
over Europe
Your GP will be part of a collection of ‘expert-validated’ good
practices database. By contributing to the Policy Learning Platform GP
database you can inspire others and help European regions to improve
their policies
5
WHY SHOULD YOU SUBMIT YOUR GP?
Progress reporting support
Part of your reporting tasks is to submit the good practices identified in
your project
The number and the overall quality of the good practices submitted
through the web tool will be also validated by the policy officers in
order to justify the value reported under the related indicator (section
C.6.2 of the progress report - ‘number of good practices identified’).
Quality is more important than quantity. You do not have to
submit all the practices identified within your project, but
instead concentrate on those that were considered of real
added-value by the partnership
6
