In this project my task was to interface Keithley 6517B Electrometer with a PC using Labview . Now using the computer interface, one can to take continuous measurements for voltage and currents across a semiconductor (any kind) and plot its corresponding VI Characteristics.
3. CURRENTLY WORKING ON Presently, I am working on simulation for Laser Interference Lithography using two 2-D arrays of
coherent laser beamsunder the guidance of Dr.P.K.Sahoo , School of physical sciences , NISER ,
Bhubaneswar. In this project we are trying to first create 2-D arrays of coherent sources from a
single laser beam and then allow the source arrays to interfere in order to create a densely packed
interference pattern. By exposing these structures on a wavelength sensitive photo-resist one can
fabricate nano-structure arrays of much smaller dimensions than those of the conventional ones.
