ESTABLISH sensory connection with consumers. Ideally, the image will be consistently marketed throughout the community, so it becomes easily distinguishable and recognizable by our target demographic. We want consumers to identity with the overall brand identity and not the logo iconography itself.
GOAL is to generate a brand that can expand beyond the actual product and service and add intangible value to the overall consumer experience – becoming an additional sales tool for the leasing consultants. This mimics the Nordstrom concept, where consumers are willing to pay more for a similar product, based solely on the brand association.
