infrastructureLyons Park has a newly constructed central spine road that serves the individual development plots; the plots have been levelled and have wide site entrances to ensure that they are ready for building works to commence immediately. Estate road includes footpaths, cycleways, landscaping and street lighting.
The provision of foul and surface water drainage, as well as utility services have also been completed and installed allowing for the individual development plots to be connected. Dependent on individual customer requirements, plot specifi c provisions can be provided from this main network. All roads and footpaths are constructed to Conventry City Councils adoptable standards with the utility services installed in accordance with the utility service provider standards. Off-site works have been completed to connect cycle routes to the main public network.
