LITERARY ASPECTS Integrates multimedia platforms (audio, visual, text) instantly, letting
the user choose if they want to read instructions themselves or
listen/watch instead
• It allows you to read up on errors that you make, tells you about how the
problem is correctly resolved and provides links to resources that teach you
how to use it
• Takes videos of your experiences and uses it as a teaching element
You can publish your videos if you find them informative and upload it to a
social media type website (like eHow).
WHY IT’S COOL• Imagine a world where you never made a mistake more than once
• It corrects the problem right before you do it The longer you use it, the more efficiently it corrects your behavior
• Cuts amount of time spent learning, allowing you to do what you want to sooner. Helps you become an expert at anything!
• Integrates text, diagrams, videos, audio instruction, and other media seamlessly and instantly
• You can post your tutorials to a social media website, and there could possibly be a reward system implemented in the site to encourage good tutorials (the more views your video has, your channel can be monetized etc)
THE GOOD AND THE BAD
Good:
• maximizes efficiency
• very effective method of teaching
• fun to use
• Valuable tool for real-time
improvement in sports/music
• Adapts to each individual user
Bad If someone were to get access to your app
data, they can see what errors you’re prone to and take advantage of your weaknesses
If it tells everyone the “best” way to do things, then there is no individuality or personal technique. Everyone might perform the same way, creativity is reduced
If it was a public app, data about your personal performance may be given to other companies who could market/target their products more efficiently to you.
