eg. [Susan] Susan is a girl who totally has no sense of direction and not good at digital things. Today, she is going shopping with friends. They agreed to meet at the counter of Lancôme in Sha Tin, but she can’t remember the way. She spends a lot of time dressing up before leaving and finds it a little late. Susan opens Google Maps for help. She doesn’t know how to use Google Maps since she is unfamiliar with it at all.

<Magic happens>A few minutes later, she can use the Google Maps smoothly. But when she looks at the map, she finds that it is so confused that she can’t understand the route. She even tries different types of map such as satellite mode but finds it’s really complicated and useless. Since she doesn’t have 4G network, the location is not accurate. She is very distressed and doesn’t know which direction is correct. Can she find the right way?

<Magic happens> She finds the right way. But soon she feels frustrated because she finds that there are too many alleys in Fo Tan. For the reason that Google Maps fails to show all the alleys and roads, Susan is quite uncertain about which way to go. Misfortune never comes singly, the voice guide stops working with no reason at this moment. Now she feels helpless.

<Magic happens> She figures out the correct way and finds her friend.
