-A marketing department volunteer prior to the event and a logistics volunteer during the event 

-The event was successful needs of the participants and the speakers were met 

Habitat for Humanity (Finance) 

-Became instrumental in the Hero for Humanity pledging fund raiser -Was able to meet the quota number of pledges to be collected for the fundraiser 

AJMA | Subhead 

June 2014-Present  

COMBO (Logistics Subhead) 

-Was responsible of contacting and handling the food caterer -The caterers were able to comply with our agreements,therefore one of the needs of the participantsand the facilitators are met

 

AIMS (Logistics Subhead) 

-Was responsible for contacting the food caterers for the event 

-Sadly the event organizers moved the time table of the event and therefore a cancelation of contractwith the caterer had to be made-later assigned to the manpower committee of the logistics department

 

TedX (Finance Subhead) 

-As a finance subhead we sold teddy bears in coordination with Kythe 

-The fundraiser contributed in helping AJMA meet its projected budget for TedX 

-Currently working on another fundraiser which the TedX rummage sale Shindig (Logistics Subhead)

-An ocular visit for the venue is currently being planned by the Logistics committee 

SKILLS & INTERESTS

I know how to speak 4 languages, english, mandarin, fookien, and tagalog, but I am not that fluent in speakingmandarin and fookien. I am currently part of a dance group that represented the Philippines in the HipHopInternational Competition, but I am an inactive member because academics is my priority. I am a very confidentperson, I am not scared to show my talent to different people. I am also a people person, I love talking todifferent people with different backgrounds. I am also very altruistic, i love to think outside of the box to createnew things that would be very appealing to people. I am also very responsible, I hate making complacentoutputs, but I do love making innovative outputs.
