Introduction
The courage of Joshua was manifest throughout his life: In the wilderness: fighting against
Amalek, ascending Mt. Sinai with Moses, spying out the land;
In the conquest: marching around Jericho, conquering Canaan; at the end of his days, in charging the people to obey God.

Conclusion
Joshua demonstrated courage throughout his life. What about us? Will we counsel courage when others
cower in fear? Will we trust in the promises, provision
and power of God? Will we fight the Lord’s battles & wield
the sword of the Spirit? Will we serve the Lord in sincerity and
truth, along with all our house?
