Bringing flavor to life is the guiding principle forour lives and our company. It is also the basis for

our inaugural productTomrs Tonic.

It is true that the Gin and Tonic has strayed farfrom its exotic heritage, however we noted and

enjoyed many new small batch Gins that are beinproduced by micro distilleries. We realized that itwas the Tonic that left us wanting. We searchedthe marketplace for a rich, flavorful tonic that

would enhance the flavors of any premium Gin. Iessence, we wanted a Gin and Tonic that

demanded to be savored, not swilled.

When our search proved fruitless, we decided todon our alchemists hat and create a new

beverage that was true to the original PeruvianTonic heritage. Our criteria were simple; theingredient list must include bark from the

cinchona tree (the original source of quinine), theflavor had to enhance, not overpower the flavor o

any Gin, and everything had to be 100% naturaland organic. A pinch of this and a dash of that,plus hundreds of hours of experimentation andtastings resulted in a beautiful amber colored

beverage that we lovingly call Tomrs.

We acknowledge that the ingredient list is simpleas all Tonics are. Yet, we have achieved something

Our Small Batch Tonic is essentially a quinine

concentrate. Its designed to pair with your

favorite Gin or Vodka, and is then stretched with

soda water to make a bright, light, refreshinghighball.

With a backbone of quinine, culled from the

Cinchona Tree, weve added a delicate mix of

botanicals, and then sweetened it with real cane

sugar; the final product is a complex mixture that

introduces a fine bitterness to any cocktail, and a

great pairing with the botanicals of the finest Gins

in the world.

We start with pomegranate juice from a small family

farm in Madera, CA; they juice their fruit whole in a

patented press that renders a matchless, robust

pomegranate juice. To that we add cane sugar andorange flower water, and apply enough heat to

dissolve the sugar while still maintaining the inherent

zip of the fresh juice.

At Blenheim, we continue the long history of making ginger ale t

old fashioned way. Our passion spans the generations from thedrinks creators, Dr. C.R. May and A.J. Matheson, to the third

generation of the current owners, the Schafer family. Blenheim

Ginger Ale is a Southern tradition that dates back to the 1800s wh

Dr. C.R. May advised his patients with stomach ailments to drink t

local mineral water flowing from a Blenheim, South Carolina natu

spring. When these patients complained about the strong taste

the water, Dr. May added Jamaican Ginger to it to conceal the

mineral taste.

Blenheim soon became so in demand that the original bottling pl

"A Michigan Original Since 1866

Vernors - the oldest surviving ginger ale sold in the UnitedStates - was created, prior to the start of the Civil War, byJames Vernor, while he was a clerk at the Higby & Sternsdrugstore in Detroit.

Mr. Vernor experimented with flavors in an attempt toduplicate a popular ginger ale imported from Dublin, Ireland.When Vernor was called off to serve in the war, he stored thesyrup base of 19 ingredients, including ginger, vanilla andother natural flavorings, and returned from battle four yearslater and found the drink had changed in flavour. It was likenothing else he had ever tasted, and he purportedly declaredit "Deliciously Different," which remains the drink's motto to

this day.

Initially, Vernors was only sold only via soda fountainfranchises. The early Vernors soda fountains featured ornateplaster, lighting and ironwork featuring a "V" design,examples of which still exist, such as at the Halo Burgerrestaurant in Flint, Michigan. Later Vernors was bottled forhome consumption.

Vernors is a requisite ingredient in the famous BostonCooler, essentially a Ginger Ale Float made with Vernors anIce Cream with nothing to do with Boston.

Developed in the 1930s by partners Barney Berns & EKlapman in the basement of Mr. Klapman's Chicago-ar

home. The Dad's brand was immediately famous

throughout the Midwest area and by the late 1940s, wone of the most-consumed brands of Root Beerthroughout the United States. The name Dad's Old

Fashioned Root Beer was coined in honor of EliKlapman's father, and any other fathers across the

country, who used to make root beer at home for thefamilies (a popular thing to do in the early 20th Centur

Dad's became the first product to use the six pack form

invented in the 1940s. Dad's also introduced the halfgallon bottle, becoming the first brand to market thi

size. Dad's also marketed sizes based on each memberthe family. "Junior size," for example, was the smallessize, with "Mama" and "Papa" sizes representing the

medium and largest sizes, respectively. (The image of tyoung boy featured on the "junior sized" bottle is Barn

Berns' son, Gene Berns)

The Klapman and Berns families sold all rights to theDad's name and logo n the 1970s. In 1986, it was the

second largest volume (12 million cases) root beer brain the US.

The REAL DEALBig Red Retro revives the classic roots of this

celebrated Texas soda.Originally created in 1937 as Sun TangRed Cream Soda in Waco,TX, this iconisoda is generally classified as theoriginal "red cream soda." The name wachanged to "Big Red" in 1969 bythepresident of the San Antonio bottling

plant, after hearing a golf caddy refer tothe soda by that name.

Big Red is highly popular in the SouthernUS and is well known for its unique tasteand red color. Its unique taste - thoughoften thought to be bubble gum - iscreated by mixing orange and lemon oilswith the traditional vanilla used in other

cream sodas.

The History of Cock n Bull

Once upon a time, back in the 1940s, vodka walittle known in the United States, and gin reignesupreme as the clear spirit of choice. A gentlemby the name of John G. Martin, president of G.

Hueblein Brothers, Inc., had a wild notion. Hebought a vodka distiller, and acquired a vodkarecipe that had belonged to a Russian family

named Smirnov. Martin was sure everyone woulove it.

Unfortunately, Martin was a man ahead of histime. Vodka wasn't a smash hit. In fact, he had

hard time giving the stuff away, and he hit theroad on a sales trip. He made it to Hollywood,

where he stopped at the Cock 'n' Bull for a bite eat. He struck up a conversation with the owne

Jack Morgan, and learned that Morgan had a whelephant of his own, the ginger beer he made o

the side.

The final ingredient in their marketing scheinvolved a friend of Morgan's. She had inheritecopper factory, and had an abundance of coppcups to offload. They decided to sell and servnew cocktail in one of the copper cups, engravwith the picture of a kicking mule

The Nesbitt's Fruit Products Company wasfounded in 1924, named after its founder

Hugh S. Nesbitt. The Nesbitt's brand debuted
