This soiree will be held on October 1st, 2015 and will also serve the purpose of kick-starting International Creole Month. In support of a local community shelter, this evening is intended to celebrate the French Creole culinary tradition and to kick-start International Creole Month. The gala encompasses a cocktail reception and four-course meal followed by live music and a benefit concert. “This is an opportunity for food lovers to experience the rich tastes and broad variety in dishes and beverages from regions in the French Caribbean.
