Whereas, a final seniority list of the AssistantDirectors, F&ES Department as it stood on 01.2.2009was issued vide Government Order No Home-558 of2014 dated. 16-12-2014 .

2. Whereas, the officers figuring in the seniority listof Assistant Directors as on 1-2-2009 have eitherretired on superannuation or promoted to the Post ofDeputy Directors.

3. Whereas, the said seniority list has beenexhausted.

4. Whereas, vide Government Order No Home-711 of 2018 dated 06.06.2018, 06 DFOs have beenpromoted/regularized as Assistant Directors, F&ES, onthe recommendation of PSC/DPC.

5. Now, therefore, a tentative seniority list ofthe Assistant Directors, F&ES, as it stood on 05.1.2018,forming Annexure -A to this order, is hereby notified forinformation of the concerned officers/members. -6. The dates(s) of birth of the officers shown inthe tentative seniority list shall be subject to furtherverification from their Matriculation Certificates (Date of

~Birth)/serVice Book.

7. The tentative seniority list will also bewithout prejudice to the outcome of writ petitions(s) ifany, pending on the subject before any competentCourt of Law.

8. Any officer aqqrleved, of his position orparticulars indicated in the tentative seniority list, shallsubmit his objections to the Home Department within aperiod of 15 days from the date of issuance oftentative seniority list.
