NOTICE OF AMENDMENT OF A LIST AND SCOPE OF COVERAGE OF SECTOR EDUCATION AND TRAINING AUTHORITIES (SETAs)

I, Membathisi Mphumzi Shepherd Mdladlana, Minister of Labour, after consulting with the National Skills Authority (NSA), hereby publish for public comment, proposed amendments to the scope of coverage of SETAs, as published in Government Gazette No 2 101 2; Notice No.265 of 20 March 2000.

Interested parties are invited to submit written comments on the proposed amendments to the scope of coverage of the list of SETAs in the schedule hereto before 30 days after publication of this Notice by-
