To create an enabling environment for facilitating the activities carried out by the department in an efficient, transparentand time bound manner in respect of different dignitaries and stake holders in accordance with the prescribedRules,regulations, guidelines and instructions there of.

Mission

To provide Helicopter services to the dignitaries and winter air courier to tribal area people in an efficient  manner. To

effect economy in purchase and use of transport services at secretariat level. To convene DCs/SPs Conference &

monitoring thereof. To administer & coordinate protocol & allied functions in an efficient and befitting manner.· Efficient

and quick disposal of matters related to CM relief fund, Civilian Awards , Re-organization of Administrative units.

Boundary matters with other States, Ex-Rulers, Governor Secretariat, Resident Commissioners Office , BSNL, Post

Office and Decadal Census Operations. Organising Cabinet meetings and monitoring of decisions. Efficient disposal of

the matters related to H.P. Vidhan Sabha and preparation of Governor's address in Budget session. Administration of the

Estates of the government in an efficientmanner and ensuring transparency. Expeditious and timely disbursal of

Samman Rashi and other benefits to the Freedom Fighters and their dependents.Objective
