This land is located on the west side of Route 201 approximately 1.2 kilometers south of the
community of Thornlea. The majority of this area of interest is a mixture of mainly softwood
forest with small domestic cutovers throughout. Access to this land base would be directly
from Route 201.
The total area in this land base is approximately 304.61 acres or123.3 hectares.
