The provisional inter-se seniority list of Superintendents who have opted for Pondicherry Civil Service was circulated vide reference cited and objections were invited.

2. Based on the O.M. under reference second cited, a revised provisional seniority list of Superintendents who have opted for Pondicherry Civil Service has been drawn up as under:-

2. Objections, if any, to the above provisional seniority assigned to the officers may be submitted so as to reach the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Personnel Wing), Chief Secretariat, Puducherry within 15 days from the date of issue of this order. While doing so, it may be stated whether any case has been filed by him/ her or else any order/ directions has been obtained from the Tribunal/ Court disputing the seniority assigned to the officers in the cadre. If no objection is received within the stipulated time, it would be presumed that the officers concerned have nothing to represent in the matter and this Department will finalize the seniority accordingly.
