Form to Request a Mine Plan Search

• Available at www.dmp.wa.gov.au• Form must be signed by a RM, EM or the

mine owner OR accompanied by a letter of permission from one of these

• AND request must be for safety purposes (eg. determining location of old workings).

• Requests for other purposes (eg. a history project) or from other people must be made via Freedom of Information.

Submit PDF Plans By Web Transfer

• DMP has a new system called Managed File Transfer (MFT).

• It is a “thin” web-based application.• Allows transfer of files between mine site

customers and DMP.• Upload and download possible ie. to make

submissions or to obtain searched plans.• Still fine to submit on CD if you prefer.

Access and Generic Login

• Detailed instructions are available in the display area outside.

• MFT requires users to have a login and password and internet connection.

• Presently there is a generic account and everyone can use this login.

• For security purposes, DMP encourages surveyors to obtain their own logins (Single Sign On/Ex Account) .

Create a DMP Single Sign On Account

• When you load the webpage for the Managed File Transfer system there is the option to create a Single Sign On account.

• You will receive an ex-number.• You may already have an ex-number to

access other DMP systems eg. Tengraph• You can use this existing number.• Contact Louise so that a folder can be set

up for you in MFT.
