5 Fun Facts: Dr Cassie Gibbs1. What do I enjoy doing when I’m not working as a GP?

Fishing on the beach or up the river with the boys, although we don’t catch much because they need to check the line every 30 seconds!

2. I love my great big extended family!

I’m very fortunate that we all live in the Adelaide Hills so we can catch up for family dinner every week.

3. My pets are: 2 dogs, 2 cats, 4 chooks, 3 ducks (+ 4 new ducklings!) 6 quails, 1 rabbit, 2 yabbies, 1 bearded dragon and saltwater and freshwater aquariums.

4. Some activities on my bucket list are:Finally getting around to finishing knitting the baby blanket I started when I was pregnant with my (now 5 year old) son!

5. My travel destinations We would love to visit The Kimberley and Kakadu National Park!

Congratulations Jo TeakleCongratulations are extended to Jo for recently passing her Diploma of Professional Practice Leadership with UNE Partnerships.

Jo was also nominated for the AAPM Barbara Meredith Memorial Award but was pipped at the post by another South Australian. Nevertheless, she received a Certificate of Excellence as second prize.
