How to Connect the ACC Wire of Electric Vehicles

1. Use a multimeter to measure a wire on the electric door lock of an electric vehicle. On a 64V electric vehicle,the voltage is 64V when the key is on and 0V when the key is off.

Then connect the orange wire on the eui!ment to this wire on the electric vehicle.

". #fter the wire is connected !ro!erly and the key is off, check the customer end status two minutes later. $t isright if the customer end shows alarm set.

#fter the key is on, if the customer end shows disalarmed, it means the wire is connected rightly.

Dos and Donts in Terminal Installation

1. The main %ody should %e installed in a hidden !lace as %est as you can in order to avoid damage %y a thief&

". #void arranging the terminal together with any transmitting source such as a reversing radar and other on%oardcommunication eui!ment, etc.&

'. #void any environment where has high tem!erature and high humidity&

4. Use a %undling stra! or dou%led(faced adhesive to secure the terminal so as not to affect the effect of vi%rationdetection&

Where Should the Terminal e Installed on an Electric Vehicle!

The terminal eui!ment is usually installed under the seat of an electric vehicle. The reasons for doing so are

mainly as follows

1/ earer to the controller and make wire connection easy.

'/ ince all seats are wra!!ed with leather or artificial leather, it is easy for 2 signals to !enetrate seats andhence good received signals.

Terminal Start 1ailed

$f the indicator light on the eui!ment fails to %ecome on after the e@ternal !ower su!!ly is connected, checkwhether the e@ternal !ower su!!ly fits the voltage range of the eui!ment first.

9or e@am!le, vehicle eui!ment cannot e@ceed "4V.

$f the eui!ment cannot start normally after the e@ternal !ower su!!ly is connected, use a !encil or the like to!oke the start key of the eui!ment and see whether manual start works. $f it does, test whether the wiring isconnected well and whether the fuse gets %urned.

$f no !henomenon mentioned a%ove is found, it shows the !ower su!!ly chi! is !ierced %y high voltage. =ou needto contact our after(sales team and return the eui!ment for re!air.

(III) Terminal Acti2ation

The 2ehicle owner sends the acti2ation short messae and recei2es a re#l" messae ad2isin that the#assword is wron.

hen using the eui!ment, users need to send an activation short message. $f the re!ly message advises that the!assword is wrong, it is mostly %ecause

This is mainly %ecause you are indoors and there are no %ase station data. #ccordingly, the AunlocatedB state isshown on the we% !age.

hen users are using the eui!ment for the first time or they encounter such Iunlocated< !ro%lem, the !ro%lem can%e solved immediately as long as users ste! outdoors and !erform satellite locating there.

What is Virated Alarm!

F@ternal force causes the eui!ment to vi%rate. Under alarm set state, the eui!ment will send a vi%rated alarmshort message.

What is Cross+7order Alarm!

hen the alarm is set for the eui!ment and satellite locating is normal, if the vehicle is moved %y over '00meters illegally, cross(%order alarm short message will %e sent.

What is low atter" ca#acit" alarm!

hen the %acku! %attery ca!acity is lower than '.>V, the eui!ment will send a low %attery ca!acity alarm shortmessage to the vehicle owner.

Which conditions will lead to #ower failure alarm!

1. $n the case of electric vehicle version, under alarm set state, after the main !ower su!!ly is disconnected, theeui!ment will send a !ower failure alarm short message to the vehicle owner.
