Some time ago, I visited a riend o a church member who had cancer

and wanted healing. He was all ears, lapping and soaking up everythingI shared with him. oday, he worships with us in our church and is

completely healed o cancer.

I remember being at another mans home at the invitation o his amilymembers.

He too was suering rom cancer. When I entered his home, the man

had his television on. I started sharing Christ with him but he was not atall interested in what I was saying. He continued watching the television

program. I knew then that his healing was a lost cause because aithor healing comes by hearing Gods Word, not by watching television,

reading newspapers or listening to your avorite music.

Dont get me wrong. I am not against these things, but they are notgoing to heal you. When you are sick, what you want is Gods healing

owing in your body.

How does that happen?

One o the primary ways in which it happens is when you read yourBible, soaking up everything on Jesus. Beore you know it, His divinehealth ows into your body, driving out every symptom o pain, sickness

and disease. Even your discouragement dissolves eortlessly. You ndyoursel encouraged, rereshed and your darkness giving way to light.

You see, there is no way you can eed on Jesus through reading andhearing His Word, and stil l remain the same. He said, Te words that I

speak to you are spirit, and they a re lie. ( John 6:63)

My riend, God wants Jesus to be ood or you. We eed on Christ byseeing Him unveiled in the Word, by seeing and meditating on what the

Holy Spirit reveals o His beauty and glory, and His nished work atCalvary. Tat is how we enjoy Jesus. It is like having a good meal. And

when you do that, Jesus Himsel promises that he who eeds on Me wil llive because o Me!

John 6:5757As the living Father sent Me, and I live because of theFather, so he who feeds on Me will live because of Me.

His Word

L ittle Gabriel sat quietly on the soa. His ather, oneo my aithul leaders, had brought him over to myplace or a birthday celebration or one o the kids. Butinstead o running around expending rambunctious,

youthul energy, or rantically pushing buttons on the

latest gaming gizmo with the rest o the children, I sawthe bright-eyed boy reading a book intently in a quietcorner.

A little curious, I went over to him to see what book

he was reading. o my surprise, he was reading theBible! What a precious sight it was to me. It touched

my heart to see this six-year-old boy showing a desire orGods Word. But when I bent down and looked closer,

I realized that he was reading the Introduction andPreacethe very rst ew pages o his Bible!

I couldnt help but smile wide and love the boy. I knew thatin Gabriels sincere desire to read the Bible, he didnt want to

miss anything. Every word o God was precious to him, andin his young mind, it included the words in the Introductionand Preace. He simply wanted to read his Bible rom cover

to coverliterally!

Tis precious child was headed in the right direction, but hecertainly could do with some guidance, I thought to mysel.

Te last thing I wanted was or him to get bored, conusedor stuck in the Introduction and Preace, and say, Pastor

Prince, the Bibles boring!

So I said to the lad, Hey, Gabriel, youre reading the Bible.Tats wonderul! Are you enjoying it? You know where I

like to start? I like to start with the Gospels. You can read

about Jesus our hero and all the amazing things He did.I brought him to the Gospels and saw that he was all the

more excited!

GODS WORD SUPPLIES LIFE

You know, many o us arent very dierent rom littleGabriel. Many o us have a desire to read the Word, but

were not sure how to go about it. My riend, I encourageyou to take the advice I oered Gabriel: When you open

your Bible, zoom in straight on Jesus. Home in right onour beautiul Savior. Ten, you will experience lifewhen

you read Gods Word.

When you come to Gods Word desiring to see Jesus andyou nd Him and behold Him in the Word, something

special happens to you. LIFE is supernaturally imparted

to you. You see, God is in the business o supplying lie toevery area o your lie. In the Book o Proverbs, it says thatGods words are lifeto those who nd them, and health to

all their esh. (Proverbs 4:22) Tis means that i you aretired, reading Gods Word will recharge and energize you.

I you are depressed, it will pull you out o the darkness odepression, set your mind ree and bring peace and joy. And

i you are sick, it will bring a ood o healing and divinehealth to your body!

In act, receiving Gods lie includes experiencing revival

and resurrection in barren or dead areas o your lie. Godslie is what you need when you see signs o death in your

circumstances. Is your marriage ailing? Have your dreamsbeen crushed or put on the back burner? Have your nances

dissolved into a sea o debts? Beloved, i theres deathoperating in any area o your lie, dont despair and dont

lose hope! Dont struggle, strive and scheme to make thingshappen. Beloved, cast your cares to the Lord or He caresor you, and just spend time in Gods Word to receive His

supply o lie. His resurrection lie will put that spark backinto your marriageturning plain water into intoxicating

wine! It will breathe lie into your dead dreams or birth

new ones in your heart. It will cause a multiplication oloaves in your nances, so that you will have more thanenough or you and your amily!

SEE JESUS IN THE WORD

Tere will be an impartation o Gods kind o health and

lie to every area o your lie. It comes not just by simplyreading the Word supercially, but by seeing Jesus in the

Word. You may ask, Well, Pastor Prince, all that sounds

really cool, but what does it mean to see Jesus in the Word?

How do I do that so that I can receive Gods supply o

lie?

Tose are good and air questions, my riend. Let me start

by explaining that contrary to popular opinion, the Bible

is not a book o rules or right living. No, the Bible is ALLabout Jesus. Every page speaks o Jesus, Gods Son, the

object o His delight!

Once, when my daughter Jessica was little, I asked her

what she thought the Bible was all about. I will never

orget her answer: Daddy, its a book about Jesus with a

red string in it. By red string she meant the long piece

o narrow red cloth that serves as a bookmark. But do you

see Gods wisdom in her words? alk about God speaking

to you through your little ones! Simple yet proound! Yes,

the Bible is all about Jesus, but more specically, it is about

His loving sacrice at Calvary. Te red string or scarlet

thread represents the blood o Jesus and His death on

the cross. His blood has cleansed us oeverysin and His

death has brought us abundant and everlastinglife! From

Genesis to Revelation, our Bible has one grand theme

our Lord Jesus and His perect sacrice.

So you see, the Bible is not about us. It is all about Jesus

and what Hehas done or us. Yet, when you nd Him in

the Word, you nd yoursel in Him or as He is, so are

we in this world. (1 John 4:17) You discover that as He is

righteous, accepted and avored beore God, so are you. AsHe is ull o health, wholeness and lie, so are you!

Beloved, I want to show you how when you see Jesus in the

Word, you experience His lie. Jesus said these amazing

words, I have come that they may have life, and that

they may have it more abundantly. (John 10:10) He

also said, Te words that I speak to you are spirit,

and they are life. (John 6:63) In other words, you allow

Jesus supply o lie to ow in your lie when you see or

behold Him in the Word. Tis is precisely how you are

transormed rom glory to glory. (2 Corinthians 3:18)As you keep beholding the Lord and His glory, youll be

transormedrom sickness to health, rom knowing

only lack to experiencing abundance, and rom having an

unorgiving heart to having a joyul and loving heart.

Now, when I say see Jesus in the Word, I dont mean

seeing Him in the esh or just reading about Him as you

would read a novel. I mean seeing His goodness toward

you, His maniold excellencies and glories, and especially

His perect sacrice or you.

ITS REALLY ALL ABOUT JESUS

Many o the Bible stories, parables and even Old estamenteasts and laws are actually about Jesus, His love or you and

His nished work at Calvary. Te Bible is really all aboutJesus: He is the magnicent, watertight ark o salvation

in the ancient ood o Noah. In the story o Abrahamssacrice, He is the strong and youthul Isaac, who carried

the wood (the cross) up Mount Moriah (Mount Calvary).Ten, on Mount Moriah, He is the true sacricial ram sent

rom the Father and caught in the thicket.

In the lie story o Joseph in the Book o Genesis, Jesus isour heavenly Joseph. He came to His own, but His owndid not receive Him. Rejected by His brothers, He ound

comort in a Gentile bride, and became a blessing to theGentile world. But He has not orgotten His brothers, who

will recognize Him at His second appearance. Isnt this thestory o Gods ancient people, Israel? Tey rejected their

Brother-Messiah, but will acknowledge Him at His secondappearance.

In the love story o Ruth, He is our heavenly Boaz, our

willing and most able kinsman redeemer. In the law o theHebrew servant, He is that aithul servant, the one who

said, I love my master, my wie, and my children; I willnot go out ree, and who was pierced and who remains a

servant orever. (Exodus 21:56)

In the Book o Leviticus, the details o His suerings andcrucixion are hidden in the details o the oerings. In

the Book o Judges, when Samson stretched out his handsand pushed against the two pillars moments beore his

death (Judges 16:2930), what do you see? Te cross oJesus! Like Samson, Jesus accomplished more (against our

enemies) in His death than in His lie on earth.

SEE JESUS GOODNESS,GRACE AND LOVE TOWARD YOU

Tese are just some Old estament examples o seeing

Jesus. He is in the Old estament concealed, and in theNew estament revealed. And although you can read

plainly about Him and His awesome miracles in the Newestament, ask the Holy Spirit to show you glimpses o

His gloryHis goodness, grace and love toward you. SeeHis glory, when He stretched orth His hand and touched

the leper beore He healed him, because our compassionateLord knew that this poor outcast had not been touched or

hugged or a long time.

When our Lord raised Jairus daughter rom the dead,

He wasnt too spiritual to orget the childs basic needs.While everyone else was overcome with amazement, Jesus

was practical enough to tell the people to give the childsomething to eat. And although this girls healing had

URGEN! stamped all over it, Jesus pushed time asideto minister to a poor woman who had an issue o blood or

12 years. He didnt want her to just take healing rom Himand leave with a guilty conscience. No, He wanted to meetthis woman o aith ace to ace, assure her o her healing,

and let her know that she is His beloved daughter. Tatsour Jesusaltogether lovely and glorious in His love or

you and me!

THE EMMAUS ROAD EXPERIENCE

My riend, you will eel like jumping up and running

around when the Holy Spirit unveils Jesus and His gloryto you. Im telling you, it gets my spiritual hormones

bubbling and puts goose bumps on my goose bumps! Tisis what makes reading the Bible an exciting adventure.

Teres so much lie imparted! Its not about how manychapters you have read or how much Bible knowledge you

have accumulated. Its all about seeing Jesus and havinga personal encounter with Him. Its all about having an

intimate relationship with Him and receiving His generoussupply o lie!

I like to call this the Emmaus Road experience. When

Jesus opened up the Scriptures to two o His disciplesalong the road to Emmaus, and expounded to them in

all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself (Luke24:27), it had a proound eect on the dejected disciples.

Teir hearts burned within them with the warmth o Godslove as He showed them how the stories, easts and laws

in the Old estament books were all talking about Himand His sacrice at Calvary. And at the end o that lie-

producing Bible study, the disciples were no longer a tired,conused and depressed duo. Tey were divinely uplited

and energized, and even walked the whole seven miles backto Jerusalem. Tats what seeing Jesus in the Word and

receiving His lie will do to your body and soul! (I talk a lotmore about the Emmaus Road experience in Chapter 15 o

experience o seeing Christ in the Scriptures.)

make a decision today to open your Bible. Begin to seek

and see the Lord. He is your healer and provider. I tell you,

you cant help but walk in a greater measure o health and

prosperity!

HIS LIFE FOR PERSISTENT CONDITIONS

Pastor Prince, Ive been doing that or the past week, but

Im still sick. Is there something wrong with me? What

should I do?

My riend, dont eel condemned because you are stil l sick

and dont give up on your healing. I knowand I want you

to knowbeyond a shadow o a doubt that your heavenly

Father wants you well. His will isor you to be healthy and

strong! (3 John 1:2) Dont go by what you can see or eel,

but by the unchanging Word o God. His Word is truthand it supersedes all the negative reports and symptoms.

Keep seeing and eeding on Jesus in the Word, even i the

symptoms persist. Just continue to read the Word, mixing

it with aith as you behold the glory o Jesus and His

amazing love or you. You will get better and better each

dayrst the thirtyold, then the sixtyold and nally the

hundredold!

Maybe your challenge right now isnt a physical condition.

Te answer is still the samewhatever your challenge or

weakness, however long theyve persisted, continue to see

the beauty and compassion o the Lord Jesus in the Word.I youve been trusting God or a nancial breakthrough,

see Him taking a paltry portion o two sh and ve loaves

and multiplying it or people He had compassion on. As

you eed on His willingness and ability to take care o you,

the same miracle will maniest in your lie. Maybe what

you want to see is a resurrection o romance and love in

your relationship with your husband or wie. So see Him

turning the water into wine at the wedding in Cana. Just

as He turned plain water into intoxicating wine or the

wedding couple (blessing them also with prosperity),

He will do the same or your relationship without youstruggling to do it on your own.

OPEN MY EYES, LORD!

My riend, I hope that I have ignited a resh desire in you

to get into Gods Word. Are you ready or an exciting

road trip to Emmaus? Are you ready to receive an inusion

o lie and experience glorious transormation? Ten,

start your adventure with an honest prayer. Come to the

RECEIVING HEALING AND LIFEBY THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD

Beloved, as you simply behold Jesus and His glory, you

are transormed into His image rom glory to glory. Youbecome more and more like Jesus. He becomes your

strength, your wisdom and your holiness. He pours intoyou His love, joy and peace, driving out every ear in you.

You are not changed by your sel-eorts. It is by the Spirito the Lord. (2 Corinthians 3:18) I you read the context

o this verse, you will see that Paul also wrote, the Spiritgives life (verse 6) and where the Spirit o the Lord is,

there is liberty. (Verse 17) Tats why, when you see Jesusin the Scriptures, you encounter His Spirit, and His Spirit

imparts lie and liberty to you. I you are sick, His lie willswallow up that sickness and inuse you with strength. I

you are hooked on nicotine or pornography, those chains

will be broken and you will experience true reedom!

Many a time, just looking at Jesus in the Gospels has

healed me. Once, when I was down with a nasty ever, theLord told me to simply read about His healing miracles

in the Gospels. He even told me to orget the teachingor doctrinal aspects, and to just ocus on His grace,

compassion and willingness to heal the sick. So in themidst o my weakness, I plunged into the Scriptures and

soon ound mysel in the presence o the Great Physician,the giver o lie. I bathed in His love or me and just saw

His goodness and willingness to heal me as He healedevery single person who came to Him or healing. I didnt

have to wait too long beore the ever departed. No handswere laid on me and there was no worship music being

played in the background. Without anare, but simply byreading the Word in the quietness o my room and soaking

in the love o Christ, I received His health unconsciouslyand eortlessly.

Listen, my riend, i you are sick today, just open your Bible

to the Gospels and eed on Jesus in every healing miracle.See His compassion, willingness and power to heal you.

Dont get caught up with the theology or dos and donts ohealing. Just receive the love o Christ and His abundant

supply o healing, health and lie. Im telling you, in thepresence o the Lord there is ullness o joy and overowing

lie! His joy is your strength and His resurrection lie willdrive out that sickness!

Beloved, thats how you partake o the divine lie and

nature o God. Tats how you make chronic atigue andlong-term ailments a thing o the past. Tats how you walk

in His divine health, strength, vigor and lie every day. So

Father and say, Father, open my eyes to see Jesus in a ll His

glory, beauty and love toward me. I am ready or EmmausRoad. I am ready to receive an impartation o lie and be

transormed!

Listen my riend, you are not just reading any book, youare reading Gods precious love letter to you! So open

your Bible knowing that God loves you intimately andunconditionally and wants to commune with you. When

you realize that He is your best riend and lover, its nothard to hear rom Him or to talk to Him. His Holy Spirit in

you will open up the Scriptures to you and guide you intoall His loving truths.

Tats how I approach reading the Bible. I dont rely on myown intelligence nor do I assume that the Scriptures willopen up to me just because I am a pastor. But I believe

that God loves me despite my inadequacies, and just likeyou, I need to depend on the Holy Spirit. And while I have

numerous Bible study sotware, concordances, dictionariesand access to a wealth o Bible inormation on the Internet,

I dont depend on these things. I may use them, but mydependence is still completely on the Holy Spirit, the one

who inspired the Bible and who always bears witness to andopens our eyes to Jesus.

Beloved, come to God and His Word like a little child, and

stand under the shower o His never-ending supply o lie.While you may already be amiliar with many o the stories

in the Bible, read them again with resh eyes, trusting theHoly Spirit to show you Gods grace and compassion toward

you. You wont be disappointed. Gods Word gives lie! Youwill experience His abundant supply o lie as you simply

allow the waves o His love and glory to wash over you!

ReportGODS GRACE DELIVERSFROM DEPRESSION

God led me to Joseph Prince Ministries at a verydifcult time in my lie and I want to say how much

Josephs teachings have really saved me.

I was engaged to a man who had been deployed or ayear in Iraq. When he came home, he simply endedour relationship with no explanation. He had assuredme o his love or me but ater waiting a year withhopeul expectation o his return, I am now aced withthe pain o his abandonment and rejection.

PAIN IN TOOTH GONE AFTERPRAYER REQUEST

I came across Josephs teachings in 2009 and it has beensuch a great blessing to have right teaching! On 22 March2011, I submitted a prayer request or my mom, Gail. She

was suering rom severe pain in her upper let lateraltooth, which interered with her ability to chew.

When I called to check on my mom two days later, herpain was gone! I cried tears o joy. Im so thankul to ourprecious Jesus and God our Father. FAMILY PROTECTED FROM CARACCIDENT AFTER APPLYING

ANOINTING OILI am a nurse working in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. I havebeen listening to Pastor Princes messages or the lastve years and my lie has been transormed in so many

ways.

Recently, I woke up and, as usual, had my time withthe Lord, and ended with the breaking o bread. Tishas become a part o my daily lie.

However, that particular day, I elt the prompting othe Holy Spirit to anoint my amily photo. I did thatimmediately and prayed in tongues and claimed Psalm91 over my amily who were travelling to aiping or auneral.

FREE FROM ANXIETY, PANIC ATTACKSAND DEPRESSION

I have to admit that once I read the book, UnmeritedFavor, it was like a light bulb went on in my brain.I ully understood Gods love or me, not just in mymind, but also in my heart and soul. Every day, Ieel closer and closer to God. I no longer suer romanxiety or panic attacks or depression.

SWOLLEN ANKLES BETTER AFTERTAKING COMMUNION

On 12 March 2011, I twisted both ankles. Tey swelledand turned rom red to purple. Te pain was unbearable.I had to hold on to something just to stand up and walk.Te doctor told me that I needed to rest and not go to

work, and that it would take ve weeks or my ankles torecover.

But earlier, I had read and understood Pastor Princesteaching, Health And Wholeness rough e HolyCommunion. Tat night, I ate a piece o bread and tooka sip o orange juice (not even grape juice) because that

was all I had. I partook o Jesus body and was mindul

o His divine health being imparted to me. I was alsomindul that the blood was or the orgiveness o mysins.

Te rst thing I did the next morning was to check myankles. I tried to walk but they were still swollen andpainul. I elt a bit disappointed. I thought that maybeGod would take weeks to heal me. But deep inside,

when I remembered the reality o the Holy Communion,it changed my perspective.Tat night, when I woke up suddenly, I just stood up

without having to wrestle to get up, and walked toswitch on the lights. I did not realize it at rst, butater the lights were turned on, I realized that I had just

walked without pain! Well, I still limped a bit but or themost part, I had no trouble getting up rom the bed and

walking! Hallelujah, Jesus healed me!
