- I helped customers to find their perfect pieces based on their personal style, shape and budget.

- Helped to suggest adjustments and additional pieces that were possible for customers to make the items bespoke pieces.

- Ensured attentive and friendly customer service throughout each appointment to make the brides-to-be feel at ease and excited by the process.

Alpine Infusion Ltd: November 2015-April 2016. Operations Assistant working in a 5-star chalet, which included the following responsibilities:

- Hostess during breakfast and evening service, which consisted of a four course meal accompanied by wine.

- Knowledge of the 12 wines on offer and serving those along with other drinks to guests.

- Ensuring the chalet maintained perfect cleanliness. This role required a high level of conscientiousness, efficiency and team work. I enjoyed having such a varied position as it allowed me to interact with guests, suppliers and other colleagues frequently, and using my French was an absolute joy.

Carters store: Clothing and equipment store specialising in alpine and outdoor sports. - Knowledge of merchandise including the knowledge of technical and special

equipment. - Brand awareness, including measuring popularity of certain brands and specific

promotions for each brand that is sold.- Awareness and interest of fashions and trends within the sports and opinions

and advice on what is sold in the store.- Monitoring stock and assisting managers with product selection for the next

season.- Maintaining the immaculate appearance of the store.

Au-pair: At the end of my Year Abroad I stayed in Italy for another month as an au pair to two girls. Tasks included cooking for the children and taking them out on day trips. I also tutored the girls in English and helped them with homework. I immensely enjoyed this experience and benefitted from it hugely in regard to my language skills.

Coaching: Gymnastics and trampolining coach at Tolworth Gymnastics club. Since starting coaching aged 15 I have gained a number of attributes:- Learning leadership skills and continually practicing problem solving alone and in

a team.- Dealing with demanding situations such as complaints and difficult children or

parents. - Talent spotting and testing for elite squad places.

Extra-Curricular Activities:

I did gymnastics at an elite level for 16 years, and specialised in trampolining. My most significant achievements include:

Senior women’s England Squad 2011-12. Represented the country and my home club in international competition. Selected as a junior reserve for a Great Britain versus Germany youth match in 2010. Other achievements: 5th place 2013 national finals, 1st place Bath national gala 2013,

2nd place Scandinavian Open, Denmark 2011. I was also in the position of Social Secretary for the Reading University Italian Society in my final year.

I have helped to vastly increase the popularity of the society, attracting over 100 members including outside of the University.

Organising academic and social events that tailored to the requests of the society members. Establishing the Society as a significantly important part of university life for the students

visiting on their Erasmus year and for our own students. This is the first year that the University has funded the Italian Society.
