HVLP
• Uses a large volume of air at the Air Cap
• Uses lowest pressure (up to 0.7 bar)
* HVLP is compliant with V.O.C. regulations
AIRSPRAY
• Uses compressed air at the Air Cap (up to 7 bar)
• Uses a needle and nozzle to regulatematerial flow
AIR-ASSISTED AIRLESS
• Uses high pressure to atomize material at the tip
• Uses an Air Cap to assist with Fine Finish Spraying
AIRLESS
• Uses only high pressure for atomization. No air
• Uses an airless tip which defines flow, angle and finish

What is material TRANSFER EFFICIENCY?The amount of material that actually gets transferred to the surface being sprayed, compared to the amount lost due to overspray.
The application speed for each method against transfer efficiency.

PRINCIPLE:
Basic spraying set-up requires :
1) Air Compressor
2) Pressure Pot
3) Low Pressure Gun
4) Connecting Hoses
The pressurized airfrom the compressoris used to pressurizethe material in thetank which then canfeed the gun. A second air line goesto the gun to atomizethe fluid.
Recommended :An agitator that keepsthe material properlymixed which results in better finish qualityand prevents theheavier paint compo-nents from sinking tothe bottom of thetank.
FEATURESStainless steel constructionBottom outlet access kitHeavy duty reduced gears
BENEFITSCan be used for all materialsEasy access and less wasteMore power for high solids

The Falcon™ II is an air operated sprayerthat uses a pistonpump not only tosiphon paint out of acontainer, but also topressurize the fluids. The gun used for such an AA systematomizes the fluidswith a tip, then air isalso introduced to thefan to complete theatomization. Thus, providing soft, but fast sprayingspeed while reducingoverspray.
