• “Learning Gains and Performance” template

• “2013 Estimating School Grade” template Download the two Templates from

OADA website

• Export Excel files “Reading Gains” by grade level

• Export Excel files “Math Gains” by grade level Open Accountability Report

(from Principal Portal)

• Follow the instructions on the template to create reading, math, writing, and science worksheets

Open the Learning Gains and Performance Template

• If the 2013 FCAT scale score are not yet in the accountability report, get the 2013 FCAT 2.0 Writing, Reading, Math, and Science student results from the Pearson Website

• Next, assign someone the task to input scores into worksheets

• After inputting ALL the scores, save, and print the summary scores

If the 2013 scale score data are not in the accountability report, get FCAT 2.0 student results from Pearson Website

• Enter summary scores into the 2013 “Estimating School Grade” template

Open the 2013 Estimating SG Template

1. Go to Accountability Reports on Portal

2. Open “Math Gains” as indicated below

3. select one grade level at a time and then click on View Report

4. Select “Excel” format and then click Export

5. Save each file and name it appropriately

6. Repeat steps 1 to 5 for “Reading Gains”
