FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:What warranty does an Agribin Field Bin have? The Agribin field bins are covered by a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty. You’ll be covered from any manufacturing defects or product failures.

How long does it take to load a Semi-Trailer from the 62T Road-Train Bin? 6 minutes

How wide are the bins? The Road-Train & Fert Bins are 5.7m wide, the B-Double is 5m wide.

What is the height of the auger? 4.3m

What height does my chaser bin auger need to be to fill an Agribin Field Bin? Wall height on the Road-Train Bin and Fert Bin is 3.8m. The wall height on the B-Double Bin is 3.9m.

Do I need to unhook my tractor while the bin is in down position? No, your tractor can stay attached to the bin at all times.

How big a tractor do I need to run an Agribin Field Bin? A 35hp tractor with PTO and Hydraulics is all you need to run an Agribin.

What is the size of the auger? 13inch

Can I start the auger on an Agribin Field Bin under load? The 13inch Auger has no trouble starting under load.

Field Bin Options

Note: It is a requirement due to field bin sizes that that the bins must be towed – they are too high to be transported on a trailer.

HYDRAULIC DRIVE PACK:

� Electric start petrol motors

� No tractor needed

� Bin easily and safely moved using one person and a utility vehicle

� All the advantages of a standard Agribin without the requirement of additional machinery to operate.

� Large capacity hydraulic rams, motor & hoses

� Ideal when multiple bins are being used so less tractors are needed

� Can be used for feed storage on farm when feeding livestock at remote locations

� Runs Auger & also raises and lowers bins:

» 35HP – Approx. 300 rpm Auger Speed = Approx. 150TPH

» 45HP – Approx. 400 rpm Auger Speed = Approx. 250TPH

HYDRAULIC CHOKE KIT:

� Road Train and B-Double Bins will have an internally mounted choke

� The wall sheets are corrugated and curved to maximise material strength using differing thicknesses of material.

� Sight glasses are available to help gauge how fill your silo is.

� A special feature is the large inspection deflector within the door allowing auger extraction in emergencies.

� Most medium sized silos require no external or internal framing or stiffening allowing easy cleaning and less chance of contamination and a saving of labour costs of up to 30% on installation.
