Warmest greeting to all officials and competitors from all participating Countries on the

occasion of the 4th International Taekwondo Championship-2014 being organized by

Uttarakhand Sports Taekwondo Association at Dehradun, India from 19th to 21st Dec.

2014.

I congratulate, the members of the Taekwondo Federation of India, Taekwondo Academy

of India, Javed Khan, Uttarakhand Sports Taekwondo Association and the Organising

Committee for their untiring effort in making this biennial event possible by providing

amble opportunities for Taekwondo practitioners all over the World to compete in India in

this form of Olympic Sports.

The common interest in Taekwondo sport has created a venue to promote the spirit of fair

play and sportsmanship, and more important, the renewal of brotherly ties and

understanding, irrespective of deference social and cultural background

May this 4th International Taekwondo Championship serves not only to develop athletic

skills but also to bring above all, goodwill, friendship and harmony among Nations in this

World while thriving to achieve sport excellence.
