We’re a Little Different Though We do a lot of things differently. For example, our address really isn’t our office.

We have a virtual office. We save a lot of time and money by being available to

you and to potential residents. We do, however, use every facility, conference

room, technology lab and professionals allotted to us by our alma-mater. WSU.

Did we say we use technology? A lot. We communicate. As a matter of fact, we

log our calls, emails, leads, financial data, management and maintenance activity

to analyze properties, market activity, outside stressors and potential growth.

The Money. What about the cost? Simple. Nothing to hide. We do it all, at no cost to the renter.

Leasing: For the property representative, we charge one half a month’s rent upon

lease signing*. That’s it.

Management: We charge from 8 to 10 percent of the total monthly lease rate.

Regardless of which service you use, we give you our all, and you get it back.**
