LMDRF applications closed on 31 May 2016.
The final round of applications are being assessed in the
coming weeks and applicants advised accordingly. The Lord Mayor Distress Relief Fund (LMDRF) is a WA emergency fund that is managed
by the City of Perth. The fund is used to raise and coordinate donations to support the
victims of natural disasters occurring in Western Australia.
Upcoming event Farmers' Sausage Sizzle in the Shed on the 1st July from 0730am, at 997 Somers Rd, off Coronation Rd. Shout out to Reid Carter, Lance Stubberfeild, Dan Glover for offering to cook at the breakfast.

Department for Child Protection and Family Support (CPFS) Waroona Yarloop Bushfires Recovery Information The CPFS Recovery Team is available to help and support you or someone you know. Whether you are single, are a couple, have chil-dren or don’t have children the Recovery Team is for all residents of the Yarloop, Harvey and Waroona communities. Lori, David and Patrick are working in the Harvey and Waroona areas and can offer a listening ear as well as information, practical assistance and accessing services. Patrick works Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the Waroona area and you can either meet Patrick at the Waroona Communi-ty Resource Centre or arrange an outreach visit. You can ring Patrick on 0437 223 299 for an ap-pointment. The CPFS Recovery Team can also assist you with – Referrals to a counsellor. If you would like to see a counsellor at no cost to you ring David on 0417 457 583 or
Patrick on 0437 223 299. The Team also plans to start providing an outreach service from the Yarloop Primary School before the end of June 2016. The Team are here to help you so come and visit us or ring Lori, David or Patrick for a chat or an appointment.
