Grape Cabernet Sauvignon 85%, others 15% Appellation Valle Central Tasting Notes This bright, clean Cabernet Sauvignon is a beautiful ruby red color. It has an intense nose displaying red fruits such as plum and raspberry with notes of cacao, tobacco and mocha. Full on the palate with silky, balanced and juicy tannins, it is a wine with great volume and a long finish. Enjoy to its fullest with all kind of meat, especially red, as well as cheese and pasta. Vineyard Growth Soil Alluvial and gravely. Low in fertility. Climate Meditteran climate, aluvial and coluvial soil. Some estates present red clay soil. Harvest Mechanical 30%, hand picked 70%.
